Be Right on Time

Setting the time.
Driving your Beetle is so much fun, it’s easy to lose track of time. So we’ve made setting the clock easier than ever.
- To change the hour, first press the hard key on the left side of the instrument cluster. See how the hour is blinking?
- Now press the hard key on the right side of the instrument cluster to change the time. Each press will move the time forward by one hour, or you may press-and-hold to fast-forward the hours.
- To change the minutes, first press the left key twice. Hold the right key to make changes.
- Press the left key to set the time.
To change the time using the available multi-function display:
- Press either the left or right menu button (A) on your multi-function steering wheel to get to the “Settings” menu. Then press OK (B). (VISUAL: Rt_TIG-12-0577 Denote A and B.)
- Scroll down to Time—press OK (B).
- Select hours—press OK (B).
- Scroll up or down to adjust—press OK (B).
- Scroll down to minutes—press OK (B).
- Scroll up or down to adjust—press OK (B) after you have selected the correct time.
S-MODEL
- To change the hour, first press the menu rod on the left side of the instrument cluster. See how the hour is blinking?
- Now press the 0.0/SET rod on the right side of the instrument cluster to change the time. Each press will move the time forward by one hour, or you may press-and-hold to fast-forward the hours.
- Press the menu rod to choose the hour. The minutes will then start blinking.
- Press the 0.0/SET rod to scroll through the minutes.
- Press the menu rod to choose the minutes.

Driving on today’s roads demands the full attention of the driver at all times. Driver distraction causes accidents, collisions and serious personal injury.
- Never use the buttons in the instrument cluster while driving.
